Little hands, big discoveries

A friendly clock for little people

Learning the clock can begin with a little play. A hand to move. A number to find. A happy face looking back.

Clock Playground was made with a curious four-year-old in mind: something friendly to touch, fun to explore, and gentle enough to enjoy together. There is no score to chase and no wrong answer. Just a clock, a little wonder, and time to discover.

Give a hand a little whirl

Move the short hand or the long hand and watch the time words change. The big hand gently catches at the numbered marks, helping little fingers land where they meant to. Tap the words and they bounce.

Try finding breakfast time, making the hands meet at twelve, or taking turns choosing a number. You do not need to read yet to join in.

Quiet and simple to start

The hands move one at a time, the words are big, and extra buttons stay tucked away. Sound and the digital time are hidden too. Press and hold the faint settings pill to choose English or Norwegian, let the hands follow each other, or bring back the extras.

Keep it on your iPhone

Open the clock in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. Keep Open as Web App enabled if that option appears. Open it once online and let it finish loading so it can save a complete copy for offline play.

The clock tries the server first whenever you open it. If the connection is unavailable, it uses its saved copy. It also checks for updates when you return to the app or reconnect, keeping the time you were exploring when an update refreshes it.

Offline play depends on your device keeping the saved copy. Optional spoken time uses voices available on the device.
