How to create your flashcard PDF
- Add cards Paste your CSV, TSV, or Learnalist JSON. Or select “Use example data” in the editor to try a ready-made deck.
- Preview Select “Create PDF” and check your cards. You can also give the file a name.
- Download Save your PDF for offline study. Flip cards and move through the deck using its clickable links.
What should I paste?
Use one row per card, with the prompt in the first column and the answer in the second. For example, this CSV makes three English-to-Norwegian flashcards:

The first card shows “January” on the front and “Januar” on the back. The from,to header is optional. You can replace these pairs with definitions, revision questions, or vocabulary for another language.
For tab-separated data, paste two columns copied from your spreadsheet. TSV is useful when your text contains commas. The editor’s Input help also includes prompts you can copy into an AI assistant to prepare a CSV or TSV list.

How does the PDF work?
Each flashcard uses two PDF pages: one for the front and one for the back. Flipping a card follows a link to its other page. The previous and next links let you navigate without scrolling through every page.
Once downloaded, you can review the deck offline. On a tablet, e-ink device such as reMarkable or Supernote, or a note-taking app, navigation depends on the PDF reader’s support for internal links. Try a small deck first to check how it behaves on your device.
You can also print the PDF, but the layout uses a separate page for each side of each card, rather than a sheet of small cards to cut out.
