Share one current task with someone else and keep the next thing to do clear. This is for simple family, household, or shared responsibility workflows where a full task manager would be too much.

The person doing the “one thing” can look up the current task in their own time if they have forgotten. The person managing the list can set the next task, check status, and confirm when it is done.
