Deleting your Learnalist account is permanent. It affects your use of learnalist.net, Learnalist mobile applications, and Learnalist browser extensions.
Before You Delete Your Account
Save any content you want to keep using functionality currently available in the Services. Account deletion may also make an active paid entitlement unavailable. Contact support before deletion if you have a purchase you want to preserve or need help identifying the account to which it is linked.
Request Account Deletion
Send your request to learnalist-privacy-policy@learnalist.net using the email address or sign-in identity associated with your account. We may ask for additional information to verify that the request concerns your account.
What Happens to Your Data
We remove your account and associated content from active Learnalist systems, subject to information we must retain for legal reasons or for establishing or defending legal claims. We do not operate scheduled production backups, but deleted information may remain temporarily in an ad hoc administrative copy until the work for which the copy was made is complete and the copy is deleted. Limited information may also remain in transaction, event, or security records for a specific legal or operational purpose. See our Privacy Policy for details about retention and your privacy rights.
Information stored locally by a mobile application or browser extension may remain on your device after account deletion. You can remove it by clearing the application or browser data or by uninstalling the application or extension. Search engines and other third parties may retain copies of content you previously made public; Learnalist does not control those copies.
You can delete individual lists or other content without deleting your entire account by using the controls available in the Services.
